Clubhouse Manager    -   Direct and oversee the operatations of the club which includes the purchasing, Food and Beverage Department, kitchen operations, club dining, guest membership relationship and Membership Sales.

Coordinates marketing programs to promote the club's services to potential customers; meet and greet guests to promote a comfortable and positive atmosphere for their enjoyment.

Ensures highest standards for Food & Beverage service on property; oversees the care and maintenance of all the property's physical assets.

Develops/implements an on-going marketing program to increase revenues; achieves financial targets, grows utilization, property's physical assets.

Develops/implements an on going marketing program to increase revenues; achieves financial targets, grows utilization, and leads the team in growing the customer base.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Direct, coordinate and monitor the development of the facility's annual business plan and operating/capital budgets.

Monitor and evaluate financial performance relative to budget goals and objectives. Anayze budget variances, develop and implement action plans to acheive appropriate adjustments.

Oversight of "back of the house" operational responsibilities including accounting, scheduling and payroll management and other administrative duties as required.

Directly manages department members that may include, but is not limited to: Food & Beverage Director, Sales Manager, Marketing & Promotions Manager, Catering Sales & Events Managers, Purchase Manager and Chef.

Hostess - Part time - Responsible for greeting members and seating them to their tables. Responsible for answering phone calls, taking reservations, occasionally directing parties throughout the club. ($9. per hour)

Busser - Part time - Responsible for bringing bread, butter, and oil to each table that arrives, clearing plates on the tables after guests have finished eating, restocking the bartenders glasses, cleaning tables after guests have left, making roll ups to reset the room and enough for the next shift to come. May be responsible at times to help run food and refill drinks at tables. ($5. per hour, plus automatic gratuity)

Receptionist - Part time (evenings) - Must have friendly personality, first face all guests see as they walk in. Responsible for greeting all guests, directing all guests to their parties (weddings, sweet 16's, birthday parties, etc.), answering phone calls and directing them to the proper phone extensions ($9. per hour)

Server/Bartenders - Part time - MUST be experienced in serving and/or bartending. Looking for someone who can be cross trained to work both positions. Responsible for greeting tables/bar patrons, getting drink orders, lunch/dinner orders, ringing up orders at Point of Sale, restocking items and other side work every morning and night before shift has ended, bartenders are responsible for their banks, making alcoholic drinks for all servers and bar patrons, ordering any alcoholic items for the next day shift. (rates between server and bartender differ, automatic gratuity included)
